Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 Mango (as much as you like, a half Mango is sufficient)

2 Banana

1 Kiwi

A slice of ginger

Approx. 200g low fat quark (alternatively: plane yogurt, soy yogurt, coconut yogurt etc.)

A hand-full of frozen berries (cools the Bowl)

Muesli (no added sugar)


Preparation:

Peel the mango, one banana and the ginger. Cut them into small pieces. Put the cut fruits as well as the ginger in a blender, add the frozen berries and the low fat quark. Puree all the ingredients and fill the smoothie in a bowl. Decorate your bowl with the banana, kiwi and the muesli as you please.
