Working at home is not always easy as a trainer. That's why I have a yoga mat right next to my desk, so I can practice a short yoga session throughout the day. Why don't you give it a try, too! The mat has a memory function and every conscious step over the mat on the way to the fridge triggers the "strange" feeling of guilt. Try to include regular "moving" breaks throughout the day. Strengthens the immune system and keeps you cognitively efficient throughout the day!
