Vegan Tortillas

Recipe for 1 person:


ingredients:


2 wheat tortillas

Vegan Chicken Alternative

1 small tomato

1 avocado

1 serving of salad

1 portion of corn

Onion


Spices:

Fresh lemon

salt, pepper and paprika 


Preparation:

Fry the vegan chicken for 5 minutes over medium heat

Heat tortillas in the oven for 3 minutes at 150 degrees

Cut tomato and onion into slices

Cut the tomato slices in the middle

Separate onion slices into rings


Tortillas:

Cover a strip in the middle with ingredients, leave out the edges, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and paprika, then roll it up - DONE! Enjoy your meal.
