At the moment I am often tired and exhausted, but my head is always busy with the responsibilities and obligations I want to fulfil.
Most of the time I make it even more difficult for myself because of my own pressure and expectations and I can't get away from this inner stress. I had to learn again to surrender to doing nothing. For example, I set myself appointments in which I didn`t do anything for 15 minutes. Before and after that, I set aside enough time to really have this time for myself.
“I don't have time for that."
I would like to point out that we all have the same amount of time per day. Your friend who comes to work in the morning, motivated and relaxed, didn`t have two hours more than you the day before.
Be aware that you have created your responsibilities or obligations yourself. Maybe you should consider re-setting your priorities and consciously stick to this plan for a period of a week, a month or even two months. If you can't, get help, because otherwise you will rush past the time of your life and you will never have taken the time to have participated in the current moment.
For example, my task for today was to sit on a bench for five minutes, keep my eyes closed and observe nothing but the sense of my hearing. Try it if you feel like it and set yourself a timer so you don't have to open your eyes early to look at the clock.
