Here is one of my favorite dishes I would like to share wit you. It`s really delicious and easy to prepare!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 carrot
1 leek
1 broccoli
½ Wirz
300g chicken
200g rice
------------------------------------------------
250ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon red curry paste
Here's how it's done:
Cut the vegetables into small slices. Dice the chicken meat and fry it in hot coconut oil. Pour soy sauce and red curry paste into the pan, bring to the boil for about 5 minutes and reduce the heat. Add the vegetables and the coconut milk and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes. Boil up the rice at the same time. Quick and easy..try it!
